Die klassische Homoepathie ist eine ganzheitliche Heilmethode. Sie beruht darauf, in gezielter Weise die individuellen Selbstheilungskraefte zur Ueberwindung von Leiden anzuregen. Die klassische Homoeopathie behandelt in diesem Sinne nicht einzelne Symptome, sondern die Person in ihrer Ganzheit aus, Koerper, Seele und Geist.
Die klassische Homoeopathie ist eine Kunst und eine Wissenschaft zugleich: Eine empirische Wissenschaft in den Methoden der Pruefung von Mitteln, der Herstellung = Potenzierung feinstofflicher=homoeopathischer Einzelmittel-Arzneien, sowie ihrer praxisrelevanten Theorien. Z.B. auch bezueglich der Miasmen genannten kollektiven Dimension von Erkrankungen.

Zum historischen Verstaendnis des homoeopathischen Konzeptes der (Miasmen)in ihrem Ausdruck als Gedaechtnis kollektiver Traumata im Sinne des historischen Materialismus habe ich eine eigene These entwickelt und darueber geschrieben.

Die reine Homoeopathie mit potenzierten Einzelmitteln nach Samuel Hahnemann ist eine Heilkunst die, in im Gegensatz zur Schulmedizin, keine Trennung zwischen Koerper Seele und Geist, keinen normfixierten Krankheits- und Gesundheits-begriff und keine psychiatrische Diagnosen braucht. Der Ansatz geht eher von einem ganzheitlichen und praeventiven Verstaendnis der Lebenskraft aus.

Die Homoeopathie funktioniert dann, wenn der/die Homoeopath/in die Inhalte und Themen erkennt, die die Lebenskraft der Person in der unbewussten Empfindung beschaeftigen. Dies zu ermitteln gelingt durch eingehende Kommunikation. Durch homoeopathische ( also gleichfoermige, feinstoffliche Information des) passenden Mittel wird des Menschen Lebensenergie zur Selbstheilung angeregt. Heilung passiert dann, indem unbewusst gewordene, starre Ueberlebens-muster, die die Ganzheit der Person einschraenken, durch Integration der abgewehrten Inhalte ueberwunden werden koennen. Die Lebensenergie kann sich so -homoeopathisch informiert - selber wieder in Balance bringen. Treffend angewandt, kann dies auch einen wachstumsfoerdernden Verlauf von Krisen foerdern, weswegen begleitende Leiden abklingen. Die Homoeopathie ist zentral dem Konzept der Salutogenese verpflichtet und nicht interessiert am unnoetigen betaeuben von seelischen Ablaeufen, was sie auch als krankheits-foerdernd begreifen kann. Homoeopathie sucht immer das Mittel, dass der zentralen seelischen Fragestellung entspricht, sie unterscheidet nicht nach Normal oder Verrueckt, sondern sucht das individuell zugrundeliegende Thema, dies ist auch das Wachstumsthema. Wachstum meint auch sich gegen Fehlentwicklungen zu wehren, die teilweise sonst zu kollektiven Traumatisierungen beitragen koennen.

Stigmatisierung und Betaeubung haben oft mit gesell-schaftlichen Machtverhaeltnissen zu tun. In einer ungerechten Gesellschaft, leiden die Gerechten und die Schwachen, aber die Gesellschaft bleibt solange krank, wie daran Leidende sich nicht soweit in Balance bringen, um die Verhaeltnisse zu veraendern.(Siehe hierzu die Studie von Kate Picket und Richard Wilkinson zu Gerechtigkeit und Gesundheut in Gesellschaften.)

Um diese Balance geht es.

Natuerlich ist auch fuer gute Homoeopathie einiges zu bedenken und zu klaeren, damit Empowerment und selbstbestimmtes Aushandeln zur Mittelfindung beitraegt sowie Fallen vermieden werden koennen.

Homeopathy and social justice :some thoughts about the context of healing.

A plaidoyer for a socialy informed structural outreach of homeopathic care by new professions

Hahnemann developed Homeopathy in Germany as the french revolution brought the formulation of the human rights for the individuals. Hahnemann was 34 when the french revolution started. Hahnemann himself came out of a poor family and his career was only possible because he had been sponsored financialy in his highter education by the Kurfürst in a feudalist predemocratic society. Hahnemann stated in the organon the need of basic conditions to enable homeopathy to heal. This includes healthy nutrition including thereby the lack of permanently humiliating poverty, which sikkens the individual directly over the malnutrition but equaly by the constant psychic trauma of humiliation.

Homeopathy is considered as a revolution to medicine. To the medicine of the time Homeopathy was opening perspectives that one might call vitalist, as psychology was not yet existing. But one might also call them \\\\\\\\\\\"evolutionary materialism\\\\\\\\\", as they find in the materials the potencial to evolve life away from illness and suffering towards growth of the inate potencials and resources of the individuals.Hahnemann saw the need for a lot of changes in Medicine one of the profoundest ones was his critique of the practise of dehumanising treatment of the mentaly suffering. Hahnemann echoed nearest the idea of human rights when he wrote in critique of the inhumane practices of his time about the need to what we would call a \\\\\'person centered aproach\\\\\' for the healing of mentaly suffering patients.

Today concerning the nutrition we may find that much of the pratices of industrialised mass food production furthers malnutrition, ecological damage and global injustice on a murderous scale. Such problem was non existent in Hahnemanns lifetime.Homeopaths will often argue that the nutrition is solely the problem of the idividual making it an issue of the \\\\\\\\\"hygiene\\\\\\\\\" chapter of the organon only. But the questions of \\\\\"health food versus cheaper industrialised food\\\\\" and \\\\\" homeopathic care versus standard basic allopathic care \\\\\\\" because of austerity reasons has become widespread and touches the homeopathic communities in Europe more than it has yet been aknowledged.Because:
Homeopathy in many parts of the western world has longtime been a privatly financed good for the educated middle classes comparable to their consumation of biologicaly grown health food. This is what part of them saw as part of their middle class standard of living as long as they could afford it. For poorer clients this system could afford charity ways. Many homeopaths come from this background and they strife to keep up and now have difficulty making a living with it. No wonder : The neoliberal development since decades and more so since the world finance crisis 2008 has shrinked and empowerished those middle classes and the scope of their financial choices. Thus Homeopathy has got a serious problem: Less money is there for more homeopaths then before, while the profession seems to struggle in its aknowledged parts to become part of the academical elite, believing that they will save Homeopathy from attacks by acting so.

It follows that those Homeopaths working since long to bring it to the poorer people now have double stress on them to pay costly homeopathic learning to keep up with the develop-ments, while they cant rely on professional structures that helps them to go on earn their living. Here the profession of the homeopathic case worker or social assistance with Homeopathy might fill in the gap to bring Homoepathy forward into realistic cooperative solutions. (This includes staying imune to atempts of become agents of stately pressure)

Those teaching mostly dont see the problem, as they are inshured by the existing structures into the upper class of Homeopathy. An hierachichal approach is showing socialy blind and adding to the existing overweight of concurrence over cooperation that destabilises the planet alltogether. Homeopathy is thereby staying powerless to reach out homeopathicely to the poorest citizens, included those growing number of psychiatrised cases that dont fit into the middle class perspectives and such will not easely be compliant to its forms of aproach. But even Hahnemann was only able to help Klockenbrink by reaching out to him, much in the form that modern case workers reach out to their clients.

Only 25 years after Hahnemanns death Karl Marx published his ideas on what is called historical materialism ( Das Kapital), expressing therewith a belief that humanity will finaly reach a globaly industrialised culture in which social justice will basicely winn over class antagonisms. Actualy a sociological study of Kate Picket and Richard Williamson shows how social injustice is a manifest structural factor in furthering maladies and ill health.

The sociological comparison that Kate Picket and Richard Williamson did of basic data of different societies proves that societies with a highter level of social equality show better health data not only of the poor but also of the rich part in such societies: the rich having there less fear to loose their wealth, then they have in other societies with a highter level of manifest unjustice. The insight here is how much the social status amongst his/ her fellow beeings is shaping human fate as happyness or suffering. Social stress is harsher on individuals in comparably unjuster societies by overemphasis of konkurrence factors over kooperation possibillities given in them for the achievement of a secure status of living - or the holding up at least of a status of simple or poor existence solely

Only 75 years after Hahnemanns death Freud had brought the modell of a treefold structure of the psyche, that revolutionised the western look on health and also on society.

But at the end of Freuds life Germany became the place werein a pseudo scientific medical discourse did foster an ideological collective delusion of something like a \\\\\"national organism\\\\\" and a medicaly propagated mass murder of industrialised proportions, arguing that health could mean being part of a national rassist imunological action. Here a medical discourse served to eradicate human rights as a cultural standard and even homeopaths were not per se immune to the social norms that enabled this to happen by defining life outside those norms as being without right to exist. It meant killing the mentaly ill alltogether hoping that this would eradicate mental illness.I wonder what Hahnemann would have said about this, wether he would have seen it a a collective form of madnes, as i would name it. To prevent such forms of socio-pathology to reoccur we must care efficiently for human rights and include them in our thinking.

Today we still strive hard to realise the human rights of individuals. They are a fundamental value of our societies beeing nonetheless constantly violated and harressed by everyday politicies, wars and injustice or by other extreme developments of the capitalist rule.
Therefore socialy engaged \\\\\'Homeopaths without borders\\\\\\\' have gone to the hotspots of catastrophes, wars and insuficient health care systems on the globe to offer their help. But : inside the so called \"rich\" countries there is equaly a growing kind of \"third world \"of poverty and insanity to look at and to think of homeopathicely. This factor is growing since decades, but its growth has accelerated vividly by the political changes coming with the world finance crisis 2008 till still. The revolutions that we see now at least bringing change to some arabic countries have also been triggered by the consequences of food prices growing because of spekulations on food prices thereby bringing the jobless youth to the point of explosion against the unsurportable context.

On thewholehealthnow.com homeopathic interviews one can find different reknowned homeopathic teachers formulating wories about the state of homeopathy as it has been attaked in ways that people would not have thought of before. Many Homeopaths on this site
wonder how it comes, that so many of their collegues are struggling to make a living. And:

The bann of Hoemopathy from the british national health care standards is essencialy a deep
damage to homeopathy in the respect of its potencial to become a common standard for everybody, throught a system of public health service a common good. The Chemo-pharmaceutical Industry has done this, because like this Homeopathy would naturaly grow, and as it can be proved that it helps to reduce the costs and thereby even helps the people get healthier this is a danger to their interest. As the profits of Chemopharma needs to set the standards they needed to enforce the dynamics that hinder Homeopathy to become the aspect of the medicine for the future that it deserves. It undermines thus the setting of a standard that seeks to enable a homeopathic care not as a luxury for the rich upper classes, but for everybody. In india it seems that the state has been financing homeopaths to go to rural eareas in a comparable attempt to enable good public health. I dont know, if this is still so.
Im working since 10 years as a case worker with homeopathy for psychiatrised clients.
